Provides administrative support to a department manager by implementing administrative systems and procedures and assisting with department projects.
Provides exceptional customer service.
Answers phones, screens, directs calls and takes and relays messages to proper department/employee.
Greets and directs visitors to correct department/employee.
Screens visitor access and maintains security awareness.
Performs general administrative and clerical support.
Prepares correspondence, documents, and reports.
Receives and sorts mail and deliveries.
Organizes conference and meeting room bookings.
Monitors and maintains office equipment and supplies.
Participates in civic, community, and networking events for cultivating productive relationships for Lincoln Savings Bank.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as defined by Management.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work well with customers
