Responsible for providing information about an insurance agency’s products to its clients. In charge of making sure clients are satisfied with their insurance needs.
Supports producer sales and service activities by handling and directing phone calls and walk-ins, insurance company mail, responding to routine customer inquiries, and loading renewals and changes onto agency management system. Processes new and renewal quotes.
Organizes and follows up with insurance companies on pending change requests, quotes, endorsements and claims.
Assists in maintenance of customer database and client management technology.
Sends newsletters, handles incoming and outgoing mail, and other forms of correspondences to customers.
Works with others in the department and provides support to them.
Provides administrative assistance to operational management.
Processes client and company deposits, billing changes and answer client billing questions.
Participates in civic, community, and networking events for the purpose of cultivating productive relationships for Lincoln Savings Bank.
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by Management.
High School Diploma or GED
Current commercial lines insurance license, or ability to obtain
Effective written and oral communication
Ability to multi-task and handle difficult customers
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
