Duties and Responsibilities

Drive branch performance results through strong individual sales performance and through direction of the entire branch team to meet and exceed all branch sales and quality service goals.

 Conduct outside sales efforts according to market opportunity to generate new business clients, while also maintaining and expanding existing consumer and business banking relationships.

Travels often between Market locations to be staff support. 

Supervise the day to day operational functions of the branch including, but not limited to vault, drawer and ATM balancing; overseeing teller and customer service duties; and assisting with customer transactions as needed.

Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training branch retail employees, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining branch retail employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Ensures the branch complies with all relevant LSB policies and procedures. Manages complex issues for customers and provides resolution, information or additional options. Ensures a quick and proper response to all reasonable customer requests.

Represents Lincoln Savings Bank in a positive light in all professional duties.  Including participating in civic, community, and networking events to cultivate productive relationships for Lincoln Savings Bank. 

Performs other duties and responsibilities as defined by Upper Management

Necessary Skills and Attributes

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 year leading a team in the retail banking environment; or commensurate experience including; proven experience with sales campaign leadership, goal setting, and staff training

Ability to respond to Audit requests

Minimum of four (4) years leading a team in a retail banking environment

Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) required

Proven track record of referring clients to all business lines while meeting or exceeding sales goals

Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership ability, organization skills, and results oriented

High level knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and regulations

Highly effective written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
