Responsible for growing Lincoln Savings Bank’s Mortgage Department sales force and market share by identifying, attracting, and recruiting top mortgage talent while proactively soliciting and developing favorable business partnerships in the real estate and finance industry.
Meet established individual goals through active participation in sales management and outside calling programs.
Lead all Mortgage Loan Officer recruitment efforts.
Prospecting for new Mortgage Loan Officers within bank footprint as well as new markets.
Identify and prospect business opportunities in new markets.
Grow Lincoln Savings Bank’s (LSB) Mortgage’s market position by proactively identifying, acquiring, and developing business partnerships with Real Estate Offices, Homebuilders, Developers, Financial Advisors, Business Owners and across departments as well as expanding current relationships.
Prospecting for new business relationship opportunities both internally & externally.
Enhance and maintain existing business relationships through referral sources, telemarketing efforts, business lists, and community involvement.
Attend industry functions and association events.
Meets and exceeds specific production and business activities goals.
Embraces and promotes the use of LSB+.
Represents Lincoln Savings Bank in a positive light in all professional duties. Including participating in civic, community, and networking events to cultivate productive relationships for Lincoln Savings Bank.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as defined by Management.
Bachelor’s degree in the field of business management, finance or economics or comparable progressively responsible branch management experience with specific emphasis in mortgage lending
5+ years of previous mortgage experience with a proven record of business development success
Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, leadership skills, and results oriented
Thorough knowledge of bank products and services
