Proactively solicits new residential mortgage business and sells Lincoln Savings Bank (LSB) Mortgage products to exceed established loan quality and productions goals. Demonstrated ability to meet criteria as a high producer designation.
Identifies, develops, and maintains a quality network of business relationships that serves as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities.
Analyzes financial and credit data, determines customer financing objectives, informs customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines, and gathers any additional required information.
Ensures exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics, complying with all Federal and State compliance policies and adhering to HMDA requirements.
Interacts with LSB procedures from all departments to develop a referral chain for maximum effectiveness.
Represents the organization in a positive light in all professional duties.
Participates in civic and community affairs, functions, and organizations promoting a positive, involved “community image” for the organization.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
3 years of loan origination experience required.
Documented production levels sustained over two years that indicate production at the highest level required.
Knowledge of conventional and/or government guidelines required.
Knowledge of processing underwriting and/or closing procedures/federal lending regulations governing real estate lending required.
Familiar with FHA and HUD guidelines required.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent preferred.
Strong organizational skills, team player, excellent communication skills.
Solid time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
