Duties and Responsibilities

Seeking an experienced System Administrator with an eye for detail, great communication.  In this role, the successful individual will perform administration of the bank’s enterprise systems.  The system administrator will be the bridge between the Business Units, end users, and IT Department.  

Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for new opportunities within the enterprise applications.

Provide the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.

Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives, and internal resources to assist the departments in accomplishing company goals.

Develop strong partnerships with functional leaders and work closely with cross-functional teams from the business units and shared services to uncover opportunities to drive our business growth.

Build reports, dashboards, and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported.

Identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the Enterprise Systems to support additional business processes or functions.

Manage enterprise application roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.

Lead the architecture, maintenance, and documentation of the platform.

Supply employees with first-line support.

Necessary Skills and Attributes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Great communicator and can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders

Ability to lead initiatives and maintain efficient levels of productivity under tight timelines

Previous experience in application administration preferred

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Prior banking and/or financial services industry experiences preferred
