Network Admin Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for managing and maintaining the networks, servers, operating systems, and communication links for the bank.  Responsible for supervising the network administration staff.  Managing administrators’ daily tasks and projects.

Manage network admin staff, projects, daily tasks, perform coaching reviews, set and manage performance goals.
Serves as a System Admin for various platforms related to IT.
Create and review IT standard operating procedures and policies.
Create and monitor plans for optimal IT system performance and effective backup of critical information as well as business continuity and disaster recovery controls in accordance with adopted policies and procedures.
Provide enterprise technical architecture, information security guidance, and policy interpretation and clarification to managers, date owners, project managers and departments.
Apply the standards outlined in the Bank’s Information Security Program, including the risk assessment, risk mitigation, application of technical controls, periodic testing of key controls, reacting and responding to security breaches or violations of security policy, communication to Organization, and recommendation of changes to the ISP.
Represents Lincoln Savings Bank in a positive light in all professional duties. Including participation in civic, community, and networking events to cultivate productive relationships for Lincoln Savings Bank.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as defined by Management.

Necessary Skills and Attributes

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent preferred
5 – 7 years of directly related experience in computer-based environments and network and communication systems implementation, administration, and maintenance
3 to 5 years management experience
Strong knowledge and experience in designing, implementing and monitoring of security in complex computer environment, as well as knowledge and experience in designing network architectures for complex computer networks
Microsoft certifications, Management certifications and or training preferred
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear, consistent, and professional manner
