Responsible for the management of deposit operations activities including but not limited to Tier2 online banking support, online account onboarding, disputes, account maintenance, garnishments and escheatment for both LSB and LSBX customer accounts.
Works closely with the Card Operations Manager and Payments Operations Manager to ensure efficient processes across all Deposit Operations teams.
Provide oversight of Deposit Operations personnel to ensure processes are completed timely and in accordance with department guidelines, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for recommending, planning, implementation and control of activities designed to achieve the Deposit Operation’s long-range objectives, including, capacity planning, quality control, process improvement, regulatory compliance, internal and external customer service and development of deposit operations staff.
Maintain relationships with vendors used for operational processes.
