Payments Operations Manager - Remote

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of LSB and LSBX payment channels including ACH, wires, checks and RTP and direct the daily work of the payment operations team.

Maintain relationships with vendors used for payment processing.

Implement new and manage existing payment channels.

Oversee all operational aspects of ACH, wire, check and RTP payments and returns.

Ensure bank and partners are complying with all regulations regarding payments and Nacha rules.

Works closely with the Payments Product Manager on analyzing additional programs, changes to programs, and monitoring profitability and effectiveness of existing programs.

Provide oversight of Payment Operations personnel to ensure processes are completed timely and in accordance with department guidelines, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for recommending, planning, implementation and control of activities designed to achieve the Deposit Operation’s long-range objectives, including, capacity planning, quality control, process improvement, regulatory compliance, internal and external customer service and development of payment operations staff.

Forward thinking and innovative regarding payments industry

5 years’ experience in high volume transaction institutions or related experience

Experience with implementing new payment channels across a variety of technology partners

AAP required with expectation to obtain APRP within 24 months
