Duties and Responsibilities

Prepares, executes, develops, and communicates LSBX project plans and milestones to ensure deliverables are met; manages processes and teams to accomplish project goals.

Oversee all aspects of LSBX projects to include assistance in the collection of due diligence documentation, initiation, planning, execution and closing stages; define project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Manage and implement LSBX project changes/interventions to achieve completion; act as a liaison with other areas within the Bank and partner to expedite projects or problem resolution.

Contribute to the development of sound project strategy; perform system and workflow analysis to improve productivity and to alleviate bottlenecks within the project workstream

Provide the development, and oversight of, sounds project strategy; perform system and workflow analysis to improve productivity and to alleviate bottlenecks.

Ensure project milestones are met to meet various department roadmap goals.

Create and deliver project status presentations, to project personnel and stakeholders.

Conduct project post implementation reviews.

Develop and maintain project plans and schedules

Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Represents the bank in a positive light in all professional duties.  Participates in civic and community affairs, functions, and organizations promoting a positive involved “community image” for the bank.

Performs other duties as assigned by management. 

Necessary Skills and Attributes

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience

Project Management experience

Project Management Certification in PMP, MPM, Prince2 required or ability to obtain

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Project Web App. Includes the setting up of project plans, resources, and daily tracking of each

Strong presentation skills and presentation experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
