Provides support within the LSBX Operations department through data input, customer maintenance, transaction disputes, and movement of funds for our Fintech partners. Performs all operational tasks to support LSBX accounts.
Performs account error resolution including both verbal and electronic communication with fintech partners and vendors.
Performs customer maintenance in accordance with LSB CIP Policies and Procedures.
Create transactions for the movement of funds between LSB and fintech partners.
Follows state and federal banking regulations as it relates to position
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Participates in civic, community, and networking events to cultivate productive relationships for Lincoln Savings Bank.
1 to 3 years of deposit/banking experience preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Very detail oriented
Ability to perform in a fast paced, high volume environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
