Duties and Responsibilities

Provide personal administrative support and assistance to the CEO  and Corporate Administration Officer. 

Performs high level administrative and clerical support, including: correspondence, meeting and event scheduling and planning and coordination, preparing reports, and recording minutes. 

Oversees and maintains CEO schedule and prepares CEO documents as needed for all meetings, and appointments, including any necessary travel arrangements. 

Assists with internal customer service including: answering calls, proactively communicating with employees, customers, directors, and shareholders, and acts as a gatekeeper for incoming calls. 

Supports the Executive Management Team by preparing meeting agendas and packets, recording minutes, prepping meeting rooms, and providing support as needed to other executive officers. 

Assists Corporate Administration Officer with supporting Board of Directors by providing concierge services to the Directors, preparing monthly Board packet, tracking Board training, scheduling meetings, setting up for meetings, and serving as a back-up on all duties including minutes. 

Assists with shareholder and Board of Directors’ relations and events including the Annual Shareholder meeting and annual Board strategic planning. 

Reviews the CEO’s direct reports’ expense reports and create expense reports for the CEO and Board of Directors. 

Examines and approves corporate credit card and time star requests for the CEO’s direct reports. 

Assists with management of department projects, including:  gathering data, inputting and compiling information for reports  and presentations. 

Manages the upkeep, renewal, and publishing of all committee charters. 

Manages the LSB Trust Scholarship process. 

Participates in civic, community, and networking events for the purpose of cultivating productive relationships for Lincoln Savings Bank.   

Necessary Skills and Attributes

3- years experience providing executive support 

Proficient in Microsoft Office 

Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures 

High level of confidentiality and detail-oriented 

Highly effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 

Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills 

Bachelor’s degree  required,  business discipline preferred
